TWO Swindon men have pleaded not guilty to a charge of stealing goods worth more than £5,000 from a Kidlington house.
The men Patrick Reed, 33, of Corfe Road, Swindon, and Anthony Goodall, 32, of Midhurst Avenue, Swindon are due back at Bicester Magistrates' Court on May 9.
The case is due to be committed to Oxford Crown Court for trial.
A third man, Wayne Knights, 24, of Hedge-row Close, Swindon, failed to turn up at the court. A warrant was issued by the court for his arrest.
The men are jointly charged with stealing electrical items and personal property worth a total of £5,298 from a house in Oxford Road, Kidling-ton.
