Terry's FC kept their dreams of consecutive titles alive after they defeated Division One rivals Westbridge United 2-0.

Terry's are three points behind West Lavington (Sunday) who were inactive but they have two games in hand on the long-time leaders.

Terry's gained some revenge for last season's 7-1 battering by Westbridge to leave the hosts struggling to stay in the division.

Russell Stritch and substitute Iain Winterbottom scored for Terry's.

West End Wanderers are still in with a chance of an automatic promotion spot following their 5-2 win over Trowbridge Harriers.

Simeon Mills had his opener for Wanderers, who started the game with only 10 men, cancelled out by goals from Ben Tilling and Jamie Burbedge.

Frank Coleman restored parity with a 40-yards strike that would be a contender for any goal of the season award. Mark Woodward's clinical left foot finish put the Wanderers ahead and from then on there was no turning back, with Tony Kelly and Coleman completing the scoring.

Colerne FC's 5-0 win saw them complete a league double over Atworth United who are now in serious danger of falling into Division Two, having now failed to register a victory in their last eight games. Jamie Bowler and Steve Tarren scored first half goals for Colerne with Charlie Spirell and a Tony Trotman double sealing Atworth's fate in the second period.

Maud Heath Sports had the worse possible buildup to their forthcoming WG Parr Trophy final appearance, losing 2-0 at Chippenham Police, Craig Dolby scoring both of the Police's goals to silence the Sports and move the boys in blue well clear of the drop zone.

In the Premier Division Andy Sandell's second-half penalty was bottom-of-the-table Winsley's only consolation as they were comprehensively beaten 5-1 by Malmesbury Victoria,

Anthony Vizard (2 pens), Lee Bevis (2) and Wayne Kibble scored for Malmesbury who in the unlikely event of them winning all their remaining seven league games, they could pip Percy's for the title that if the leaders lose the clash when the side meet in two weeks' time.

Leaders Percy's FC coasted to an easy 5-0 win over Pack Horse, who played the whole game with only 10 players and makeshift keeper Richard Chaffey in goal. Dave Kilmurray, who was in top form, gave Percy's the lead on 10 minutes, Dave Crawford volleyed home number 2 with Kilmurray adding 3 more good efforts in the second 45 minutes to strengthen Percy's grip at the top.

Box Rovers started their Premier game against Westbury Rangers A, with only eight players and despite going up to 10 men they were made to pay for their inability to field a full strength side.

Their 6-1 loss has all but ended their hopes of claiming back-to-back titles. The pre-season favourites started the campaign well but have lost their way in the past two months losing 5 out of their last six games. Robbie White bagged their consolation against Rangers with Marc Lanfear (4), Paul Beavers and Steve Wyatt hitting the net for the winners.

Dog & Fox Ashley gained revenge for their opening day 8-3 hammering by All Cannings A, the Dog's 5-1 victory has almost certainly ended Cannings hopes of any outside chance that the villagers had of claiming the top spot.

Mark Trowbridge's scrappy effort put Cannings in front with Steve Roddy levelling in the 38th minute. Ricky Trott made it 2-1 on the hour and super sub Nick Gerrish increased the Dog's advantage on 78 minutes, after he had only been on the field for two minutes. Steve Roddy struck again five minutes from time with Nick Gerrish picking up the pieces after Roddy had hit to seal the Dog's win.

n Chippenham Black Horse and Biddestone Social Club lost ground at the top of Division Two as both sides dropped vital points in their chase for promotion.

Chippenham Black Horse and Farmhouse FC drew 2-2 for an unprecedented sixth consecutive time. Tony Kerwick gave the Horse the lead on two occasions but the were unable to hold onto what would have been a vital win, Adam Sheppard hit Farmhouse's equaliser in the 89th minute from the penalty spot. This was after Lee Hayward's screamer from 18 yards bought the Farmhouse level at 1-1.

Biddestone Social Club were still suffering from their Knockout Cup semi-final blues as they failed to perform to their full potential against a determined Sutton Benger side who defended doggedly to earn a point from a 1-1 draw.

James Tindell fired home beyond Jonny Grogan in the 67th minute to put Biddestone ahead but Ian Dawkins equalled Benger's scoring record of 113 goals when he turned and poked home Benger's equaliser in the 75th minute.

Ryan Marks was in great form between the sticks for North Bradley who for a second consecutive week could only field nine players, despite Mark's heroics in keeping the score down.

North Star A still ran in seven without conceding any against a club who are currently going through a major crisis. The Star's captain Victor Long set his side on the way with Mitchell Padfrey (2), Tommy Ludford (2), Paul Taylor and old stager Nick Edwards, who was making his umpteenth comeback, shared the others.

Old timers Nigel Hudd and Ted Miluk turned out for a patched-up Wingfield side at home to Christian Malford who shared the points and the goals in an eight-goal thriller that saw Wingfield overturn a 3-0 deficit to snatch a 4-4 draw with an injury time equaliser.

Malford were three up after 25 minutes with two goals from Scott Evans and one from Neil Murray and this was after Mark Barnett had blazed a second-minute penalty high over the bar for Wingfield.

Barnett redeemed him before half -time when he reduced the arrears with a strike from 30 yards that made it 3-1. Barnett closed the gap even further when he headed home Wingfield's second before Scott Evans completed his hat-trick for Malford and moved the score to 4-2.

Neil Wilcox dragged Wingfield back into the game late on when he scored direct from a corner to make it 4-3.

Wingfield's keeper Colin Williams produced a fantastic save to keep his side in the game before Nigel Hudd's 25-yarder crept over the line to earn Wingfield their point.

Spencer Sports triumphed 2-0 over fellow Melksham side Pig & Whistle United with Tim Knight setting up Gary Neate for the opening goal after an excellent team move. Steve Cleverly made the game safe for the Sports with their second.

Southwick Sports suffered their first defeat in 11 outings in Division Three. Their 4-0 loss against Corsham Centre who extended their own unbeaten run to 10 games means that the Centre have given themselves a huge chance of claiming an automatic top two finish.

John Horne (2) (1 pen), Matthew Lye and Ashley Rich were on target for the Centre, the turning point of the game came when Southwick, who were trailing 1-0 at the time, had a goal ruled out for offside.

Lenny Hughes scored on his debut for Blue Circle Saints who cruised to a 6-0 victory over bottom of the table Cooper Avon. Wayne Wheeler (2), Wayne Bristow, Graham Deveney and Steve Martin scored.

There was no repeat of last week's 8-0 scoreline for the Hare & Hounds against Rowde, who they met for a second consecutive week. Honours were even this time around with the sides drawing 1-1. Mark Valdery gave the Hounds the lead which was cancelled out by Richard Hayter's strike.
