COMPUTER company Cravenplan of Swallowcliffe is offering businesses the chance to attend a free seminar entitled Preparing for a Disaster.
The seminar takes place on April 10 at 1pm.
Cravenplan says that about 50 per cent of companies who lose data through fire or theft go bust within six months and, 95 per cent after five years.
Cravenplan's Chris Stanbury said: "For the sake of a small amount of effort and cost you can protect yourself against data loss.
"With the Easter break approaching, companies are more at risk than usual, as more thefts and hardware failures occur during public holidays.
"Make sure you protect your data."
