Connect Supported Employment Service will hold a celebration conference on Friday.
The service is celebrating 10 successful years of delivering Supported Employment in Swindon.
The Nationwide Building Society will show its support for people with learning disabilities by hosting the event, which will attract up to 100 guests.
Acting head of social services Jerry Oliver will present certificates to both clients and employers.
Connect has helped almost 200 people with learning and associated disabilities achieve and retain jobs in a variety of work areas including voluntary roles in the community. The conference will be opened by South Swindon MP Julia Drown.
Speaking will be Dennis Grant, chief executive of the Swindon Chamber of Commerce.
