MALMESBURY Town Council's official website has been launched.
The new site, designed by local company Malmesbury Internet, will feature information about Malmesbury, sites of interest and local hotels.
Already available for those who log onto www.malmesbury.gov.uk, it carries details of Malmesbury Town Council, clubs and societies in the town and information for visitors.
Chris Jager, who runs the Internet design company, said: "It is about providing information to people, and we hope to be able to put as much as we possibly can on the site in the next couple of months."
Mr Jager added the site was designed so it could be navigated and understood easily by everybody.
Malmesbury Town Council said it was excited by the website and hoped it could bring extra business to the town.
Deputy mayor Charles Vernon said: "It is a wonderful idea. We hope it will provide good information about Malmesbury, its local services and community groups and maintain Malmesbury as a thriving economy that everybody benefits from."
