ELECTION time has come and gone once again and in many wards the turnout was much higher than feared.
Some had predicted that little more than 20 per cent of people would bother to vote. But this was not the case in many areas of Wiltshire.
But, sadly, a number of town councils were not able to generate enough interest to fill the spaces they have and will be forced to co-opt members to make up their numbers.
