THE Citizens Advice Bureau in Trowbridge is now opening four days a week to meet demand.
There are plans to extend the service at the Mill Street offices even further, but more volunteers are still needed.
Recruitment and training manager Kirsty Field said: "An enhanced service means we need more volunteers, so anyone with eight hours to spare per week who enjoys a challenge and wants to help local people should contact the bureau to find out more about the benefits of becoming a CAB volunteer."
As well as increasing opening hours the bureau is hoping to develop a system that will allow users to access advice on the telephone, the web or even by text on their mobile phones.
To find out more about becoming a volunteer contact Kirsty Field on (01225) 781944. To ask for advice, call 0845 1203737.
