BABIES, toddlers and parents all sang along to Malmesbury Library's rhyme time songs on Friday.
More than 25 children aged from three months to three years came along with their parents to enjoy a song and a dance with nursery rhymes, action songs and finger puppet plays. There were even percussion instruments for the children to play with.
The event was to get younger children involved with the library.
Librarian Caroline Kennedy, who runs the session once every three months with Debbie McKechnie, a music teacher at St Joseph's school in Malmesbury, said: "We get parents involved too as they remember the rhymes they sang when they were younger and can continue the songs at home."
The event has been such a success that the duo are bringing rhyme time to Brinkworth from May 19.
