NUMBERS topped the 100 mark when a Corsham playgroup opened its doors to children and their parents on Saturday.
Mansion House Pre-School Playgroup in Pickwick Road looks after 99 three and four-year-olds.
Pre-school manager Linda Beeho described Mansion house as a well-established group which offers a wide range of activities in a safe, stimulating environment.
She said: "The open morning went extremely well. We think we had about 45 children and definitely about 60 adults come to visit us.
"We had teachers from some of the local schools as well. It was a day for prospective as well as existing parents. Those who work during the week may not have had a look round before.
"We were really really pleased. We've got 99 children at the moment and I want one more for the 100!"
The playgroup is now looking to expand.
