Whilst there is a lot of historical baggage relating to why we date Easter in the way we do, the most ancient and apostolic custom was to keep it the same time as the Jewish Passover, on the 14th day of the Jewish month Nissan.
The month Nissan falls in the last two weeks in March and the first two in April, and dates back to ancient Jewish culture, maybe mid-bronze age.
Whether or not we should be arranging our children's school terms to coincide with it exactly is a matter of expedience for all involved.
I would have thought there were more important things to attend to than fiddling around with new term times.
