STAFF at Kingshill Research Centre are appealing for volunteers to take part in an international survey to find out more about Alzheimer's disease.
Those taking part will have to fill out a questionnaire every six months for two years.
The survey will involve 3,000 patients from several countries.
Information collected by the survey will help researchers assess the effectiveness of different treatments. Researchers will be looking at the effect of different treatments on memory and understanding, day-to-day activities, behaviour and sleep.
Kingshill Research Centre, based on Okus Road, is run by Avon and Wiltshire NHS Trust and carries out extensive trials into Alzheimer's disease.
