SIX months after it underwent a £1.25million facelift, Bewley House, branded Chippenham's ugliest building, looks set to welcome its second tenant.
So far, owners HPH Commercial Property, have only managed to attract one tenant facilities management company, M&W Zander, which occupies the top floor of the building.
But managing director, Lindsay Holdoway, hopes to name the new tenant, a software development company, by the end of this month.
"We can't say who it is, as it is with the solicitors, but we expect the first floor to be signed over by the end of the month," said Mr Holdoway.
"We have had a high level of inquiries in Bewley House, but we, like most of the commercial property market, have been affected by the slowdown in the economy."
