STAFF at the Woolworth store in Marlborough have presented £400 to Charlotte's Chance of Life Fund.
The appeal was set up to help nine-year-old Charlotte Wakeham, from Westbury, who was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour a year ago.
Charlotte's grandmother, Wendy Bryant, of Devizes, originally launched the fund to raise cash to send Charlotte to Disneyworld.
Charlotte enjoyed her trip and the cash continues to pour in. It is now being used to provides funds to benefit other sick youngsters.
Woolworth manager Dave Williams said one of Charlotte's relatives works at the Marlborough shop and colleagues jumped at the chance of helping the appeal.
The Woolworth group has its own charity, Kids First, and collecting boxes for it in the store which provided some of the £400 handed to Mrs Bryant on Friday.
The rest of the money was raised by Shop assistant Lesley Yeates, who went on a sponsored bike ride .
Mr Bryant said she was thrilled that the Woolworth staff had nominated her appeal to receive the cash.
She said: "It was the second time we have received a donation from Woolworths in Marlborough which was very nice."
Mrs Bryant said Charlotte was undergoing a pioneering treatment using medication normally given as an anti-depressant.
"We were told in May last year that she had only months to live. "We are a year on now thanks to this trial treatment so we are thrilled."
