ONCE again I wish to thank everyone who made the Wildlife Trust's Gardeners Fair such a successful day.
More than 20 specialist plants people filled the Shambles, in Devizes, last week with a huge variety of herbs, flowers, alpines and shrubs.
The guest stall was the county's Wildlife Hospital which is raising £100,000 for a permanent building.
The composting officer for the Wildlife Trust was on hand to explain the benefits of recycling garden waste and plants donated to the WWT helped swell the funds to about £600.
It is hoped this will be used to manage Roundway Hill covert a local nature reserve.
