CONCERT tickets worth nearly £11,000 were stolen in a daring theft from a music shop in Salisbury on Monday.
Two men went into Stand-Out, in Fisherton Street, at 3.25pm and, while one distracted the assistant, the other dashed behind the counter and grabbed a red plastic box containing the tickets. The pair then fled in the direction of the city centre or the Maltings.
The tickets stolen were 35 for Hardcore Heaven on May 24 at The Sanctuary, 20 for Accelerated Culture on June 7 at Drum N Bass, 25 for Obsessed on May 23 in Bristol, 33 for Homelands on May 24 in Winchester, 25 for Garage Nation on May 24, 49 for The Big Chill at the Larmer Tree Gardens on August 1, 2 and 3, 49 for Godskitchen on July 26 at Long Marston, ten VIP tickets for Garage Nation on May 24, 25 for United Dance on June 14 at Bagleys and 25 for Tindersticks at Salisbury Arts Centre on June 6.
Colin Mundy, manager of Stand-Out, said: "We are trying to cancel these tickets, as we know exactly which numbers were officially sold.
"We would warn people not to buy tickets for these events from non-authorised outlets.
"We are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people who stole the tickets and for the recovery of the tickets."
One of the thieves was aged 18-19, 5ft 10in tall, slim and wearing a blue, hooded top.
