HEYWOOD: A children's charity based in Westbury is appealing for support to give children from Belarus the holiday of a lifetime.
The Chernobyl Children's Lifeline is looking for host families to accommodate children in August. The charity is also hosting 11 children from June 1, and wants people to come to a cream tea party at 2.30pm in Heywood Village Hall to meet families who have previously hosted children from Belarus, and raise funds.
