RE: Payback time, front page, May 16.
What is exactly going on? Police have praised the actions of Valerie Hearn, 68, who photographed a teenager on her private CCTV cameras
Are they the same police officers who gave my neighbours advice when I placed my CCTV system to photograph evidence? Double standards, I say.
Years ago the council took me to court for using my CCTV and the county court gave me an injunction. That is still in force five years on.
Of course, SBC and county court in Swindon work well together when they are protecting their tenants.
We are tough on victims soft on criminals.
Good on Mrs Hearn. She has the right to protect her life and property but I don't.
