TEENAGE pop star Billie Piper has posed in a women's magazine to support a national fundraising campaign.
The 20-year-old swapped her casual look, which she usually sports when spotted out with husband Chris Evans, for glamour in Marie Claire.
She was once voted the world's second worst dressed woman in a survey carried out by B magazine.
Billie posed in a green chiffon dress to support a campaign for four charities the NSPCC, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Rape Crisis and Unicef.
The June edition of the magazine has four different covers.
Billie is featured on one of them and the others have Martine McCutcheon, Denise Van Outen, and Cat Deeley on the front
She explained in the magazine why she is campaigning for Rape Crisis, a national telephone helpline and support group.
She said: "Rape is a subject touched upon in soap operas and the news but we very rarely follow the tragic story beyond that.
"It's so hard to heal the pain but with a little more awareness and education, we can start to understand how beneficial our support is to those in need of the charity's help."
The former Bradon Forest School pupil started her pop career aged 15 with her first release, Because We Want To, which went to number one in 1998.
Since then she has released eight hit singles and two successful albums, Honey To The B and Walk of Life.
Billie was avoted 95th in a poll of the world's sexiest women. Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry took first place in the poll.
She was closely followed by pop star Holly Valance. Billie came ahead of radio DJ Sara Cox and Stars Wars actress Natalie Portman in the poll, which was organised by FHM magazine.
