A NEW company has been founded by a man with more than 30 years' experience in financial management.
Financial Framework offers companies and organisations advice to improve their profitability, efficiency and controls.
Keith Major, driving the new business, has more than three decades' experience in financial management covering a range of industries from multinationals to small companies.
His experience as trouble-shooter has given him knowledge and skills to show companies how to tackle issues or solve problems.
Having worked in manufacturing, education, military, leisure and retail, he anticipates that his time will be in demand.
His first position was with Unilever where he stayed for nine years.
He moved to Thorn EMI, ran a computer company and took on a trouble-shooting role as financial controller with a leading golf manufacturing company.
During a two-year period the business was turned around from a £1m loss into a significant profit.
He has also worked with one of the top VAT consultants in the country and implemented Investors in People something he feels very strongly about.
Mr Major, who is married with three children, enjoys hockey and regularly turns up for training and matches at Boscombe hockey club.
