LITTLE Thomas Young - Wiltshire's youngest show rider - scooped three rosettes in the Wanborough Show Gymkhana.
Thomas, who is two and a half, turned heads at the show riding his 32-inch high Shetland pony Megan.
His grandmother Joyce Thomas, who lives with Thomas and his mother Rachel in Nythe, said: "I am really proud of him. He is following in his mother's footsteps, because she is a keen horsewoman. She was a confident show jumper who has won at Wanborough and Brinkworth Shows.
"Thomas certainly attracted a lot of attention at the show. And he was certainly riding the smallest horse there.
"I am sure that people are going to be hearing a lot more about him in years to come."
Thomas made his first public appearance at the Broad Town Show in August last year. His mother owns four horses in the family's Green Hill stables, near Hook.
