Five young chess players from Swindon have been called up to represent the West of England against Wales this weekend.
Thirteen-year-olds Nicola Thomas, of Wroughton, and Daniel Hall, of Old Town, and Robbie Dams, 14, of Westlea, will all play for the West of England Under 14s.
Eleven-year-old Lewis Martin will be playing his first international since making the England under 11 team earlier this year. He will be joined in the West of England under 11 team by Daniel's younger brother, ten-year-old Toby. The match will be played in Monmouth.
