WILTSHIRE men open their inter-county championship campaign tomorrow.
They visit Stoke Bowls Club (Coventry) for their opening Middleton Cup group match against Warwickshire.
The ladies begin their quest for glory in the inter-county championship when they face Somerset at Wootton Bassett on Tuesday, June 17.
The team contains 12 players from local clubs, with Purton having the largest representation with four.

WILTSHIRE'S young bowlers have qualified for the regional finals of the national under 25 two rink competition.
They booked their place in the regional finals to be held at Bath on June 22 with a narrow victory over Dorset.
Wiltshire took the honours on one rink but lost on the other.
Neil Hope's quartet went down 25-11 but the 14-shot loss was easily compensated as the rink skipped by Russell Francis recorded an impressive 32-12 victory to give Wiltshire a 43-37 success.

WILTS Vice Presidents recorded a narrow win in their latest game at Winsley.
They edged home by one shot against the Bradford on Avon club, who are celebrating their 100th anniversary, when taking the honours 100-99.

The VPs next match is at Cooper-Avon, Melksham, on Sunday, when they entertain Somerset CBA Patrons.
MIKE LARGE, the 2003 Swindon and District president, is eagerly looking forward to tomorrow's representative match.
He leads his side in one of the S&D's top matches of the season against the English Fire Service at Swindon Bowls Club (2.30pm).
