A COMMUNITY group is planning to change its constitution in a bid to share the burden of office among more people.
Members of Warminster Civic Trust supported the move almost unanimously at last month's AGM, but now need approval from the Charity Commission.
Elizabeth Collyns is anxious to step down after being chair for the past seven years, but agreed to continue until the new arrangements could be put in place. The trust proposed to elect an executive committee, which would then choose the officers from among their number.
