A driver was clocked at 132mph on a stretch of road known as an accident blackspot.
A 23-year-old man from Warminster was banned from driving for four months after the incident on the A36 between Warminster and Heytesbury. He was also fined £700 and ordered to pay court costs.
Several other drivers using the route have been clocked travelling at speeds in excess of 99 mph in the 60 mph zone.
Sgt Nick Blencowe, who works with the safety camera unit at Chippenham, said: "We find quite a large number of people exceeding the limit by a large amount on that stretch. It often borders on dangerous driving."
In north Wiltshire a 30-year-old man from Calne was given a three-month ban after clocking 111 mph in a 60 mph zone on the A4 at Yatesbury. He was also fined £450 and told to pay costs.
Drivers have been clocked at double the safe speed limit at several mobile camera sites in the county during the last few weeks.
The Wiltshire and Swindon Road Safety Partnership is working with other bodies such as the County Council to cut speeding.
David Frampton, the partnership's safety camera unit manager, said: "These drivers are endangering not just their lives but the lives of other road users."
