Both sides started brightly and evenly in a well contested game, both keepers making fine saves early on.
Wanderers broke the deadlock with a crisp volley in the 20th minutes from Jordan Moore.
Wanderers consistently created chances during the first half and were unlucky not to go ahead further.
In the second half Green Baize started very brightly creating opportunities, but a combination of strong defending and goalkeeping denied the visitors the opening they required.
Wanderers should have sealed the game midway through the second half but were denied by two fine saves and the woodwork.
Ten minutes before time Green Baize levelled the score with a well-taken goal and it looked like the title was going to Green Baize.
In the dying seconds Wanderers were awarded a free kick on the edge of the box and left back Danny Tallentire delivered sweetly for Norris to volley home.
