FATHER-OF-THREE Neil Pengelly sparred with Chippenham bouncers in a drunken bid to provoke a street brawl.
Pengelly attempted to provoke bouncers outside Mad Jacks nightclub in The Bridge by throwing his coat and glasses on the ground and holding up his fists, magistrates heard on Monday.
Prosecutor Becky Abbott said police officers came upon the scene on May 23 and tried to intervene noticing Pengelly's eyes were glazed, speech was slurred and breath smelt of booze.
Admitting the drunk and disorderly charge at the court hearing meant the 29-year-old broke a conditional discharge imposed by magistrates' just months earlier.
The order was imposed for a criminal damage incident in which Pengelly, of Westcroft, used his inhaler to scratch on a cell door before smearing blood on the walls.
Pengelly, representing himself, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £55 costs.
