SWINDON College has announced a series of new appointments to its senior management team.
Two new vice-principals and a new chair of the board of governors have been appointed.
The principals will help run the college as it prepares to move out of its Regent Circus building and onto a site at North Star next year.
Nick Letchet has joined as vice-principal in charge of finance and resources.
He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and worked in the accountancy profession for more than 10 years before moving into industry.
He has worked in financial and general management roles in the leisure industry for a number of high profile companies including Bass Plc, The Rank Organisation Plc and Marston, Thompson & Evershed Plc.
Lesley Griffiths has been appointed vice-principal in charge of the quality of the curriculum and change.
She has been at the college for 10 years and was formerly director of student services and marketing.
Prof Ken Mortimer has been appointed chair of the board of governors at the college, replacing Anthony Gallagher who had come to the end of his term of office.
