TWO summer fetes in Melksham helped raise over £6,000 for medical research charity Action Research.
The first Bath Summer Fair took place last Monday, at Great Chalfield Manor and visitors browsed through stalls offering handmade jewellery and snacks.
Last month over 1,000 people took part in the Devizes Plant Fair and children got the chance to meet Paddington Bear, the charity's mascot.
