POLICE are appealing for information about a crash on a notorious stretch of a busy main road near Trowbridge.
A silver VW Golf car skidded into a hedge on the A350 at Stoney Gutter, between Semington and Yarnbrook, at 8am on Sunday morning.
A 33-year-old man was taken to Royal United Hospital, Bath, suffering from concussion. He was later released.
Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward and are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a large car, possibly a four wheel drive model or van, which may have been in the area at the time.
