RESIDENTS have got the chance to voice their concerns about their community to Swindon council and the police next week.
The council is holding a Neighbourhood Safety Team action day on Wednesday at the University of Bath in Swindon's Oakfield campus at Park North.
There are six Nests in Swindon, in Broad Street, Penhill, West Swindon, Parks, Walcot East and Walcot West.
Their job is to work in the community and help find solutions to problems in the area.
Run by the council's Crime and Disorder Team, Nests work with the police and other agencies to help reduce crime.
Organiser Jane Dudley said: "Nests are having a positive impact on communities and bringing together like minded people to share their experiences can only make the teams more effective."
