WANBOROUGH-based Venues Unlimited, the hotel, event and conference booking agency, has had its commitment and service vindicated with a quality assurance award.
The ISO9001 standard is recognised throughout industry as a hallmark to which companies should aspire.
It acknowledges that the company, which is based on the Lotmead Business Village, has standards and procedures of a high quality.
Bill Dickinson, who assessed the company's standard and quality manual, said: "This is the most comprehensive manual that I have dealt with and therefore I had no hesitation in awarding Venues Unlimited with a grade I assessment the first I have ever issued."
Venues Unlimited has won a clutch of awards and in March was honoured with the Wiltshire Customer Service Award at the Wiltshire Business of the Year Award.
Julie Evans, who is in charge of collating information for the manual, said: "In business today quality through an identifiable procedure gives clients added assurance in the delivery and depth of the product and service delivery."
