THE Devon town of Bideford had better get used to Swindonians on its doorstep this summer with two Wiltshire 'away days' planned.
Andy King's Swindon Town side visit Bideford for a pre-season friendly on July 21 but there will be rather more at stake when Supermarine make the trip to the same venue for an FA Cup preliminary round clash on Saturday August 30.
Devizes Town and Highworth Town must see off Christchurch and Shortwood United respectively in the extra preliminary round before they progress to the same stage .
Cirencester Town travel to Yate Town, Bridgewater entertain Corsham Town, Melksham take on Mangotsfield, Highworth will entertain Portland United if they can overcome Shortwood while Devizes' reward for seeing off Christchurch will be a trip to Bitton.
Calne go to either Chard or Paulton Rovers while Fairford travel to Backwell United.
In the FA Trophy first round, Supermarine entertain Grantham Town while Cirencester go to Redditch United.
In the FA Vase second qualifying round Corsham face Highworth, Melksham go to Westbury, Downtown entertain Calne, Bemerton Heath Harlequins will play Wootton Bassett Town while Bridport face Fairford (all games Saturday September 20).
Third Division Leyton Orient will travel to Hunts Copse on Sunday July 27 to take on Supermarine in a pre-season friendly (3pm).
WOOTTON Bassett take on Division Three side Yeovil in the pick of their pre-season friendlies on Wednesday, July 30 (7.30pm). They also play Cirencester Town (July 10) and Shrivenham Town (July 26).
