THE website for Solstice Park on the outskirts of Amesbury one of the biggest commercial developments in southern England is now online.

The site, www.solsticepark.com, gives a range of information about the 160-acre/65-hectare mixed use business park, the brainchild of Amesbury Property Company.

The website has been set up by Rob and Caroline Richardson of Farley company Enotions, which was selected after doing work for On Location, a film company that provided APC with some aerial pictures of Solstice Park.

"It's our biggest project to date," said Mr Richardson. "And we are very proud of it.

"The main site is much bigger and more interactive, enabling people to get in touch with Solstice Park, join the mailing list and get the latest news on the park.

"Once information is released, it goes onto the site immediately.

"We started work on the site in February and it went live a couple of weeks ago.

"Within 48 hours, the site had its first registered user."

Solstice Park is divided into four areas: the roadside and leisure facilities, including the hotel for which planning permission was given last month; industrial and distribution space; the office park and, finally, space for major users relocating their companies to Amesbury.

"The website is a cost-effective way for Solstice Park to deliver messages to users," said Mr Richardson, whose company also set up the website for Salisbury Racecourse.

Cliff Whitley, development manager for APC, said: "We are very pleased with what Enotions has achieved.

"We interviewed several companies from out of the area Enotions had a vibrant view of the website.

"The aim is for people to find their way around the site quickly and that has been achieved."
