THERE are some new faces and some familiar ones in this year's Devizes carnival royalty line-up.
The carnival queen is 16-year-old Naomi McWilliams, of Worton.
Naomi, a former Lavington School pupil was Carnival Queen two years ago.

A new category this year is carnival queen mother and Lesley Morey, of Freeman Road, Devizes, was chosen from ten entrants.
Miss Morey, 32, who has a seven-year-old daughter, Naomi, is a keen supporter of the carnival having been on a float in the procession some years ago and enjoys the confetti battle and the bank holiday street festival.
Miss Morey, a merchandiser for Waitrose, said: "It's quite exciting to be involved in the carnival. I entered royalty competitions in the past and never got anywhere so now I'm catching up."
Devizes School pupil Samantha Handscombe, 13, of Brickley Lane, Devizes, is the carnival princess.
Brother and sister Oscar Hall, eight, and Isabella, five, of Pans Lane, Devizes, are the prince and butterfly queen. They both go to Wansdyke School.
