TWO men died in a recent Lincoln neighbour dispute.
Neighbour disputes are fairly commonplace and largely unreported unless they lead to tragedy. (They have that in common with school bullying.)
They often involve boundary disagreements, loud music, football close to houses or even people who just don't like each other.
In terraced property things are never going to be easy proximity is the problem.
We all need our space and I'm surprised wall-on-wall terraced houses are still being built.
This is a noisy age and they aren't really suitable for modern living. The only way to make them work is not to mix age groups.
The young and the not so young really do have different attitudes to their neighbours.
