Ref. 27066-1AN artist brought a touch of creativity and imagination to the classrooms at New Close School in Warminster last Friday.
As part of the school's art week pupils used recycled products and rubbish to make fantasy creatures.
On Friday Westbury artist Anna Sadler, graduate in fine art from Cardiff University, gave a helping hand.
Christine Clayton, art co-ordinator teacher, said: "It was amazing how creative and imaginative the children were. They use household rubbish and make the creatures without glue or sticky tape. Anna was fantastic with the children and they all had a lovely time."
Throughout the week all the children took part in 3-D art lessons including making sculptures, Indian art and environmental statues.
The project was part of the national art week scheme and supported by West Wiltshire District Council's PAWS project. The artwork is being used to decorate the school.
