Randle Williams is a prime example of why we should never judge a book by its cover.

This man portrayed an image of success, money, business acumen and intelligence.

The intelligence bit was right but the rest was built on a base of complete lies and deceit.

His marriage was riddled with jealousy and unfulfilled lust, his business dealings were shady and his money was gained through a tissue of lies.

While this man was the very image of arrogance he had intelligence but clearly not enough to pull off the perfect murder.

A series of quick-thinking lies rapidly helped him build up a defence. Williams thought on his feet and had an answer for everything.

But this time a jury of 11 ordinary people found him out. Like a weasel trapped in a corner he had no answer to their verdict just giving a sly shrug of the shoulders and stroke of his moustache as he resigned himself to defeat.

Knowing Randle Williams this is not the last courtroom he will appear in. There are bound to be appeals and further protestations of innocence this man in a born liar.

Natalie may not have been an angel but in no way did she deserve to die at the hands of this ultimate conman.
