Hooray for Richard Corbett. (Your Letters, Thursday, July 10).
He has broken cover on the total utter and complete lack of customer care within the Cellular Operations management.
I can confirm from personal experience the unbelievable overwhelming arrogance displayed by the management of this so-called service organisation.
My complaint was never addressed properly.
When I called personally at their centre I was treated, by a ferocious female functionary like some sort of undesirable substance pulled in on the bottom of her designer shoes.
My complaint was dismissed out of hand and I was firmly told that she was a very busy person with many important duties to attend to ie customers are a real nuisance.
Tottering on shoes with impossibly high heels with spike toes designed to deliver blows to your nether regions, she made Cruella De Vil look like Mother Theresa.
If this was typical of the management of Cellular Operations then my great sympathy goes out to their shopfloor people who, of course will bear the brunt of the redundancies.
