LONGLEAZE School did their district proud as they lifted the Western Counties Youth Games TAG rugby title at Millfield on Saturday.
The Wootton Bassett school followed up their victory at the midweek Wootton Bassett Tag Festival, taking the honours despite losing their first match at the famous Somerset school.
Representing North Wiltshire, an 11 tries to nine defeat against North Somerset saw them slip to their first reverse since the West of England Tournament at Burnham last year.
But they hit back with wins over Stroud, Forest of Dean, Mendip and Tewkesbury.
A convincing victory over Kennet proved decisive, as they lifted the title and received their medals from Bath and England legend Jeremy Guscott.
At the Wootton Bassett RFC event, co-ordinated by first team captain Mark Roshier, Longleaze provided two teams out of nine.
The teams were divided into three leagues with the winners of each league playing one another in the final.
Longleaze A triumphed, with Wanborough A finishing as runners up.
Bassett now plan to host further events to develop links between the club and schools.
Roshier, who was assisted by club members Stuart Fathing, Bill Mercer and Mike Lyons, said: "We had just under 100 children involved in the event, which was sponsored by the club.
"It's a good start and we want to host more festivals in the future, including one in October with more local schools.''
