NORTH WILTS JUNIOR LEAGUE: SOLID batting from Jonathan Day (40), Zurain Qureshi (32) and James Bull (25) enabled Chippenham to reach 155 for eight declared in 34 overs at Biddestone.
Joshua Barnes (three for 22) and Andrew Lawton (two for 42) were the main wicket takers for Biddestone. Lawton (26) and Martin Sawyer (18) gave the home side a promising start until a fine spell of bowling by captain Zurain Qureshi (three for 14 in seven overs) put Chippenham on top.
Alex Leadbeater (12 not out) and Lawrence Roots (22 not out) held firm to take Biddestone to 121 for six and secure the draw.

Opener Sean Toomey (47) led the way for Wootton Bassett in their home match against Purton.
Sean McNish (23) and Aaron Stevens (20) also added useful contributions as Bassett were dismissed for 171.
Sam Walton (three for 40), Marc Wood (two for 31), and Aaron Lee (two for 43) were the pick of the Purton bowlers.
In reply only Wood (17) and Joseph Mills (36) offered any resistance as Dean Williamson (three for 14), Stuart Smedley (three for 12), Tom Davies (two for 15) and Alex Brown (two for 25) bowled Purton out for 95 to give Bassett victory by 76 runs.

Swindon had a decisive victory by 130 runs at Calne.
Batting first, Swindon declared on 181 for nine in 32 overs with Jamie Baden (56) and Paul Laggett (24) top scoring. Tom Crosby (two for 28), Allison (two for 27) and Ben Kenway (two for 31) led the Calne bowling.
Laggett (three for eight) and Elliott Read (three for eight) then ran through the home side's batting and Calne were dismissed for 51.

A weakened Malmesbury team struggled to just 32 all out against Westury.
Richard Mills (four for eight), Sam McQueen (two for 11), Simon Carter (two for six) and Fitzgerald (two for five) shared the wickets for Westbury.
Gareth Shellard and Christopher Lamb each took an early wicket for Malmesbury but Westbury reached their target in 10 overs for the loss of just two wickets.
