SWINDON Supermarine have raided the ranks of old rivals Highworth ahead of the new season.
Marine manager Ray Baverstock has managed to snap up forward Justin Miller and talented young goalkeeper Tom King.
Skillful Miller played under Baverstock at Cirencester and will renew his strike partnership with Jimmy Carter.
King will replace Elliot Jackson between the sticks, with the latter moving in the opposite direction to Highworth.
John Fisher's squad is further depleted following the departure of frontmen Warren Fuller and Paul Day to fellow Hellenic outfit Wantage.
That leaves the Rec boss short of fire power, but he hopes to rectify the situation before the start of the new campaign.
Former Marine striker Adam Giles has been training with Highworth with a view to a move, along with another ex-Hunts Copse man, midfielder Paul Donnelly.
