I would just like to take this oppurtunity to thank everyone who sponsored me for The Africa Bike ride,which I have just completed.

.It was transferred from Kenya to South Africa at the last minute due to the threat of terrorism in that country.

The event was a lot tougher then the 40 of us who took part had expected,but what helped me through it was knowing that the £6,000 that I raised was worth all the pain of pedalling up and down mountain passes for the charity that we were supporting. That Charity being Regain who supply specialist equipment to people who have been paralysed through sporting injuries.
