A BID to knock down a 100-year-old bakery and build flats in Westbury hit a setback on Monday night.
Town councillors opposed a plan to replace the Raines Bakery on Edward Street with flats for 15 people.
They object to the lack of parking places and say a retail store must remain on the site.
