I read in the Advertiser (July 14) that Swindon council has some money to tidy up the town to encourage visitors.
I have noticed, coming off the M4 at junction 16, to the Blagrove roundabout very high grass and weeds down the centre reservation. From there to the Mannington roundabout again down the centre reservation there is very high grass and weeds. The Mannington roundabout is a disgrace. It is covered in weeds and high grass that never seems to be cut for months.
Perhaps the council could spend some money on this part of Swindon, as it is first impressions if visitors are coming to the designer village and town centre.
