A PROPERTY management and letting company in Wilton has expanded so much it has moved to new premises on Wilton Estate.
Jolly Property Services was started by owners Jeremy and Jo Broad at their home in the Wylye Valley before moving to North Street, Wilton four years ago.
Now it has outgrown those premises.
At the end of last month the company moved to a refurbished dairy on the estate in Home Farm Road, where Riding for the Disabled and South Hills School are also based.
Lady Sophia Murray-Threipland, of Wilton Estate, toasted the partnership's success with Mr and Mrs Broad at the opening ceremony.
Property manager Lou Fletcher said Jolly Property Services, which was runner-up last year in the South Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards, has eight full- and part-time staff and deals primarily with letting and managing properties within a half-hour of Salisbury.
She said it also negotiates contracts for window cleaning and lift maintenance, for example, for large complexes such as Cathedral Views and Sarum St Michael in Salisbury.
