Hope will lead on a rink to be skipped by Paul May (Hampshire) Dorset's Craig Shepherd and Ian Gallagher (Cumbria) complete the quartet.
Russell Francis (Spencer Moulton), caught the eye of the junior selectors at the end of the 2001 season when finishing as runner-up for the English under 25 championship title at Worthing.
He made his junior international debut last year and has been invited back for the 2003 junior series.
Francis has been selected as two on the rink skipped by David Bolt (Durham). Craig Docherty (Cumbria) and Robert Paxton (Devon) are the other members of the rink.
