LIVING in a rural community there is always some form of fundraising taking place, either by the church groups, school or local nursing home.
Whenever there is an event the organisers place signs along the B3105 in order to increase attendance and hopefully the fundraising effort.
Regretfully these signs do not stay in place for long, as they are removed by people who consider them to be a distraction to motorists.
Strange therefore that the multitude of signs appearing at every junction in west Wiltshire advertising the West Wilts Show should all remain intact.
One rule for one maybe?
