DEVIZES Town boss Dave Hopkins is preparing his squad with the appeal against their league suspension on August 11 looming large.
A disciplinary commission was held on July 7 at the Wiltshire FA headquarters in Swindon regarding major concerns raised about the way the club was formed into a public limited company without members being informed in writing.
In the meantime, Hopkins has been assembling his squad with the hope that they will still be part of the Screwfix Premier Division when it kicks off on August 16.
He said: "I'd like to think that whatever way the appeal goes we will be playing in the same division this season.
"It would be very disappointing if we went out of existence and would be a huge loss to the town."
