PERVERTED teacher Peter Hamilton-Leggett could face more child abuse charges.
Another former Old Ride School pupil has made a complaint, which police say could be a result of the press coverage given to the sentencing of the retired science teacher in June.
Investigating officer Dave Martin, was surprised more pupils had not come forward.
He said: "Just one person has come forward but I have been told there could be another possibility."
Police will interview any new victims to see what action can be taken.
Hamilton-Leggett, of Old Station Lane, Yelverton, Devon taught at the Bradford on Avon School in the 1970s and 80s.
He was jailed for eight years after admitting 54 charges of abuse on 19 pupils at schools where he taught.
His string of offences included indecent assault and serious sexual assault.
An investigation into another teacher from the Old Ride School has been dropped after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decided there was insufficient evidence to press forward with the case.
