There were around 350 entries for this year's competition, but only three had the correct answers to all the questions.
Christine won after answering a tie-break question.
She had to explain why she liked the Old Town Festival.
Her winning reply: "Nothing can compare with this olde tyme Old Town Fayre."
She said: "It's a marvellous prize. I am so pleased that I won it. Now I am thinking about what to do with it."
She intended either to put it into a necklace or hang it on the wall with her winning entry.
Quizmaster Alan Benfield said: "I tried to make this year's quiz as challenging as possible. There were eight reasonabe questions and the other two were hard."
Harry Bromley, chairman of the Old Town Festival said: "This is a sovereign end to what was a sovereign festival."
